- Representatives of the ARMLinux team confirmed that the OS would be ported to Phoebe.
- ARMLinux is one of the systems that Dave Walker of Acorn is hoping will provide multiprocessor support.
- This was confirmed on the stand - Linux already supports multiprocessing in its Intel x86 guise, so it will be done on Phoebe. The fact that the work is interesting was also cited as a major reason!
