TI8x is David McEwen's port of Randy Gluvna's TI8x an emulator for various models of Texas Instruments Z80-based programmable calculators. Currently only TI82/83/85/86 models are emulated. The system ROMs for each of these models are luckily included with the emulator so you don't have to go fishing about the web looking for them.
The PC version of the emulator allows you to connect yout TI calculator to your PC and transfer data and programs between the two, I don't believe this is yet supported by the Acorn port, but may be added at a later date. I have to admit that as yet, I haven't managed to get it working on my A5000 (though I haven't tried very hard) and Gareth Moore has reported fatal problems running on his RISC PC 700, this will hopefully be fixed in the near future.
