Phoebe 2100: Cumana

Cumana's first product for Phoebe will be a PCI SCSI card.
The company intends to take the approach of writing a driver for an existing PCI card.
DVD drives were also mentioned. Although the market is unlikely to take-off for another twelve to eighteen months, development work is starting now. The first drives are likely to be SCSI-based, although EIDE and parallel-port devices can be expected to follow.
Cumana will also be supporting the full range of Syquest removable drives.
